Edgewater Gallery on the Green in Middlebury, Vermont will present an exhibition of recent oil paintings by Kathleen Kolb. In this show Kolb concerns herself with the varied light of winter night, spanning just before dawn to sundown with natural light, along with a variety of sources and colors of artificial light and their shadows on snow, the landscape and architecture in deeper darkness. In this exploration she employs many favorite subjects and locations in rural Vermont, revealing them in a different light.

There will be an opening reception from 3:00-5:00 on Saturday December 5, 2026.
